The ability to regulate our emotions, to empathise and show cognitive flexibility as we navigate through the inevitable difficulties that all of us face in our lives is a key indicator for having healthy wellbeing. From there, we can fulfil goals, have purpose in life, self-acceptance, positive relationships and have self-agency.
Connection
Within an organisational context, the level of connection is met through how effectively the culture values employees feeling heard, seen and valued. There are many ways this can be fostered. The MOAI approach supports building individual psychological growth, in a culture of psychological safety and belonging.
Culture
Research suggests to make a meaningful change you have to consider a whole organisation approach. Focusing on just the individual is not sufficient. Culture is the sum of this.
